What we offer

Three ways to work together, and one thing we build

Every engagement begins with an honest conversation about where the project actually stands — not where the status report says it is. Which of these you need usually becomes obvious in that first half hour.

Rescue & Recovery

Diagnosis and a credible plan when the programme is in trouble.

Your transformation is in trouble. Budget overruns, slipping timelines, eroding confidence. I come in as an independent senior advisor, diagnose the real root causes — not the symptoms — and build a credible path back.

How it runs: Typically: a 3–4 week diagnostic followed by a recovery advisory engagement. I tell you what I actually find, even when it is uncomfortable.

  • Root cause diagnosis
  • Reset planning
  • Vendor renegotiation
  • Stakeholder recovery

Assurance & Governance

An independent senior voice in your steering group, on retainer.

Your transformation is underway and you want an independent senior voice at the table. I join your steering group or act as a critical friend — reviewing plans, challenging assumptions, and flagging risks before they become crises.

How it runs: Ongoing monthly retainer. Low intensity, high value. The kind of relationship where you can call on a Thursday afternoon and get a straight answer.

  • Steering group
  • Monthly retainer
  • Independent review
  • Risk oversight

Strategy & Setup

Get the foundations right before the first contract is signed.

You're about to commission a major IT transformation and you want to get the foundations right. Vendor selection, governance design, scope definition, business case validation — before the first contract is signed.

How it runs: Fixed scope, fixed fee. The cheapest insurance you can buy against a project going wrong eighteen months later.

  • Vendor selection
  • Business case
  • Governance design
  • Readiness assessment

The flagship engagement

ServiceNow replacement

The largest single piece of work we do: establishing what you actually use, deciding whether to renegotiate, move or build — and then running whichever it is, across analysis, development, migration, go-live and hypercare.

  • Analysis — A defensible scope, an integration inventory, and a business case built on real usage rather than assumption.
  • Development — A working target platform covering the processes your operation actually depends on.
  • Migration — Operational data in place, historic data archived and accessible, nothing silently lost.
  • Go-live — A controlled cut-over with the service desk operating normally throughout.
  • Hypercare — Users who trust the new platform, and a clean hand-back to business-as-usual support.

See how it runs

Not sure which one you need?

That is usually how it starts. A 30-minute conversation is normally enough to tell.
